Ebay has "dropped" all records of my purchases.

Question

Ebay has no records of all my purchases. Just disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this? I have coins recently bought and my bank records show my payments. And I haven't received them. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

If you used this Ebay account to make your recent Ebay purchases, your purchases can be found in your Purchase History.

Make sure you choose the correct year you wish to view in the box at the top of the list "View orders from". You can also check your email for the Ebay order confirmations.

If you have not received your items and the estimated date of delivery has passed, you can file a Refund Request:

Is it possible you made those purchases using a different eBay account? The account you are posting with now has no feedback from the last six months.
