Ebay has changed the tracking number for an order I already shipped?
I shipped a graded card I sold to ebay's authentication site in Santa Ana. But, the order details now show a separate tracking number to the same address. My original tracking number is showing as inactive, but I have proof from the post office that the shipment was picked up by ebay.
The customer service chatbot is useless, and I have no way of getting in contact with customer support.
What should I do to confirm they have the card, and the correct buyer information?
