eBay had wrong address on shipping label
eBay had the wrong address on shipping label, and I’m stuck in a loop of clicking on things to get help. You would think with all the money they take from sellers that at least there would be someone to talk to about an error that eBay made. It’s like eBay made the mistake and now I have to pay for it? How can I get a refund for the bad shipping label and get the correct label printed without having to pay out of pocket? I sell something for 15 and pay 14 dollars in shipping and fees? I pay for eBay’s mistake? What an absolutely garbage system.

If the buyer gave a bad address, hows that Ebays fault?
If you're going to reship it, have the buyer pay for it.

OP3 years agoI buy the shipping labeling from eBay, I don’t know the address for the buyer. eBay provides it to me. eBay gets paid to be the middle man. So we I purchase a label from eBay that’s on them. The shipping label has the customers correct address and then it provides an extra city, state, and zip code, and because of that it became undeliverable. Is there 0 quality control on eBay’s side? But yeah based on you’re response I can’t tell I’m out of pocket or risk getting negative feedback from a buyer. Wonderful options. Great place to do business.

OP3 years agoAnd my other option is to do a full refund and eBay still keeps theirs. Always either the sellers or buyers fault and no service or accountability from eBay.
