Ebay had me refund customer in Puerto Rico said they never received item...they did, now what

Question

EBay had me give the buyer a full refund.. then the item was received confirmed by USPS. Now no item returned and out the $100. Plus all of the eBay fees that were released in Feb to buyer in February. It's May people wake up Ebay is a ripoff.

If you ship on time and refund the buyer when they ask through a INR refund request then you do qualify for Seller Protection if the item finally arrives IF you use an eBay shipping label. See this notice>

If the buyer files an INR case and tracking shows movement then you can ask eBay to give the item more time to arrive.

Filing a missing mail search is helpful many times. If that doesn't work then you file a postal insurance claim.
