    Ebay hacked by someone in China
                     

    I was able to change my password and add two factor authentication.  I could also change my name back.  But I am not able to update my address.  Any ideas?

    Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do the steps below.

     

    Add a new address. Next, delete the old one in account settings. Do this for the Shipping and Return addresses, not your Registration address.
