eBay Gurantee policy or money back to accept returns
I sold some coins. The buyer had the coins in their possession for over 50 days. The buyer claims all the coins were not of denomination as describe and asked to return the coins. eBay automatically approve the return. The coins I sent was checked and double checked for the denomination described. At the buyer's site it sounds like other coins were put in that I did not send. Before I gave out of the coins of the denomination, I had sold 25 other same type lot[s] with no questions. What is going on with the buyer and or eBay policy?

It is a bit confusing. Buyers cannot file a Return Request beyond 30 day past date of delivery.
