ebay guarenteed refund costs
item apparently lost,seller refunded item cost but not shipping...ebay guarenteed me shipping cost refund guarentee costs-theyve not refunded them and its impossible to get an agent to explain this to...its a revolving door.I've lost more on the shipping cost than the item-how to I get a hold of SOMEONE and not an "automated useless assistant" to fullfill their guarentee-this is bad "customer service"

Mentor2 years agoDid you file an Item Not Received case? When an item is lost, the seller is suppose to issue a full refund.
