ebay guaranteed refund
Item was bought in good faith following all the proper procedures. Item was intercepted by the USPS. Another similar item was sent by the seller to replace the original and once again it was intercepted by the USPS.Then ebay sent me a note stating 'item removed for policy violation'. Unable to speak with an agent and the automated response keeps taking me in circles. Can someone tell me how to get in contact with an actual human being who can expedite this matter? It has been going on for weeks. Thank you in advance.
