Ebay Guarantee & Sellers Who State "No Returns Accepted "
It seems my question answers itself, but I want to know for sure - if that's possible.
Especially because Ebay PUT THIS STATEMENT right NEAR where I'd just read that the Seller of the item in question DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS: I.e., DOES the Ebay Guarantee cover items where the Seller has already specifically stated they "accept no returns "? In case - you know - it turns out to be BUNK. Why wouldn't they, anyway? (I'll ask Seller this, myself , after I get an answer to the primary question- IF I get an answer (I can't find Seller's reviews, either - something that didn't used to be a problem on Ebay. Nor did Ebay used to resort to this most frustrating way of supplying an answer; all I can do now is HOPE someone knows the answer).
ANYONE??

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides a seller's "No returns" policy if the reason for the return is covered.
