Ebay Global Shipping Program
So the first time I used the global shipping program, there's an issue. I sold a Hockey Card to a buyer in Czech Republic, and although it's saying that has been delivered, the buyer has contacted me and the David Pastrnak card he bought was not in the package. Instead he says two Pokémon cards were in there, which I do not even sell Pokémon Cards. Seems and feels as though they are trying to scam me, because why would ebay take my card out and put two Pokémon cards in there. I'm just frustrated, and this makes me not want to even ship outside of the United States anymore. Thoughts, advice on this situation? Thanks!
