eBay Global Shipping
I've been enrolled in eBay's global shipping program for quite some time and have not experienced an issue until now. For the last week or so, any international orders do not go through the program but rather to the buyer's foreign address.

eBay's global shipping program ended last summer. In its place is eBay's International Shipping Program.
I looked at several of your listings and those show that you ship internationally, but not through eBay's new program.
I would go to your Account Settings>Shipping Preferences. If you are enrolled in the new program, it will say "Enrolled". If not, there might be an option to opt in.
