Question

I am in Canada and ordered a clutch on ebay. It was supposed to be delivered Sept 25 We then had a postal strike when it was a few days late I went to tracking and they said due to strike to be patient. Then I got an email from ebay stating due to strike if a package was late or lost they would honor It and not to worry.

Still waiting and contacted seller was told only contact ebay global as they fullfilled their end of the transaction. Fast forward ebay won't honor anything because i was 2 weeks over the 30 day deadline and I am out $1200.00 I have contacted them multiple times same result case close %hit out of luck

Is there any thing i can do first before i get laywers social media involved?

Hi @atfi_40 Contact you credit card company to ask about a chargeback.
