Ebay glitching?
Bought an expensive item a few days ago and received a message through my email connected to my account. When I pushed see order details, it sent me to ebay but an "oops something went wrong" message appeared. When I opened my ebay inbox, the seller message wasn't there. Did a search, still wasn't there. Tried to contact seller but the page wouldn't allow me to. This is the first time I'm buying something from this seller, never sent any messages to them. Only purchased an item I wanted and patiently waiting for track info. Now my ebay history is showing I never purchased it but when I check my bank account, the money was taken out and processed. What to do?

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account then use the link in the email or else right click on the link and choose "open in a private or incognito browser window".
