eBay glitches
I’ve experienced some problematic behavior for the last month or so. I am unable to log in and get a message saying something along the lines of “something went wrong try again later “ several times. When I am able to log in I follow the red prompt at the top of my screen to comply with whatever eBay is asking and it just loads forever. I seek help from chat and get responses for something entirely different or get error messages saying try again later. My WiFi connection is strong and this happens to me at home and at work. It’s lead to my seller preformace tanking of course as I can’t access sales or communicate with buyers

Try using a different browser or a different link to reach eBay.
Preferably the latest version of a popular browser you have not used before, with default settings and no add-ons. Or try a private or incognito browser window.
