Ebay glitched out and changed the total available number of items of my listings from 1 to 10+. This
So back in July, an Ebay glitch caused a lot of my listings to change from 1 to 10+. Looking online, this seems like it happened multiple times to other people!
Some were UNIQUE items (meaning only one of them exist) so there is no way I could have more than one.
Despite this, they are refusing to remove the transaction defect. My seller score is now below average and I'm at risk during the upcoming review.
Do I have any recourse? This is pretty unfair... This is literally EBAY's glitch.
Can I appeal the decision?
