Ebay glitch.
Buyer shipped return back to me. Due to an Ebay glitch the item was sent to my previous address. I haven't lived there for several years. The package was sent back to the Buyer due to the incorrect address.
My account lists ONLY my current address.
How does he reopen a return and how does Ebay compensate him for having to ship a second time?

You have five addresses you must maintain in your profile - not just one. It sounds like you did not update your return address. You can do that here (and check the others while you are there):

You won't be able to create another return label on eBay, but many sellers use pirateship.com to purchase labels that they can't purchase through eBay. Then you can save it to a .pdf and email it to your buyer (you'll have to ask for his email address).
