Ebay giving me the runaround on a item not recieved
Submitted a request on Dec 18th 2025 for an item not received, bought on Dec 2nd. Ebay closed the request 21 days later stating "no activity". Order no. 02-13928-22621, request ID 5370469769. Seller does not respond to messages, did not submit a tracking number, and appears to have no Ebay activity since early December 2025. Ebay's Online Help does not work, only get "something went wrong". Amount was for $57.65.

OP8 months agoOh well, got screwed by Ebay, 2nd time within 9 months.
So I will be taking a bunch of my business elsewhere.

Mentor8 months agoeBay expected you to go back to the case when the seller did not respond to you and "Ask eBay to step in". When you did not do this they automatically closed the case after 21 days.
You need to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. There are time limits to do this so act now.
