eBay gift cards
I have been trying to use gift cards that I purchased. The gift cards have a balance on them (I know because I checked them off the eBay gift card balance system). However, when I click on the gift card to use, the balance moves over to the purchase order side and shows a $0 balance, but the PAY NOW button is grayed out and I cannot use the gift card. I added another gift card with a balance and it does the same thing. Either gift card that I used would have paid the entire balance of the purchase. Please help me figure out why I cannot use my gift cards - this is the first time this has happened to me.
I also sent a note to eBay after purchase (I used my credit card to complete the [ending purchase).
Thank you
