EBay gift card purchase forcing donation
I have been trying to get help from eBay but can not find a place to put my issue so I am hoping someone has an answer for me. I always use eBay gift cards for my purchases. Today I tried to use an eBay gift card for a purchase. You enter the number but can continue with purchase because the system is telling me I can not donate to the donation they have with a gift card. I am not trying to donate any money all I want is to purchase but the system will not let me. Is there a number I can call? Customer Service is not very friendly. Thanks
