ebay gift card problem.
I purchased an ebay gift card for @200. I used only $51.84 is purchases. My balance should be $148.16. Yet when I check my balance, it says $0.00. Can anyone help me?

Mentor3 years agoThe first time you use an eBay gift card, any remaining balance is linked to your eBay account, and should appear at checkout as a line item with a box to check to apply it to a future purchase.
