eBay gift card balance stolen
I bought an eBay gift card today for $200 to buy something on eBay. I went online to set up my eBay account to confirm my balance and it was zero. I don't know how this is possible. I even have the receipt from when and where I bought it

Mentor3 years agoGift card activation can take up to four hours for the funds on the card to be made available.
If it has been more than four hours since you purchased the card and you are unable to use the card, take the card and receipt back to the retailer where the card was purchased and check to make sure the card was activated correctly.
