I received an eBay gift card, but upon attempting to redeem it, I received a notification stating that it had already been used. The card number is [Removed]. I request that you investigate the exact time this card was used.

@ruan1743 . The last thing you should do is post the card number on a public message board. Social media is the best option to contact eBay customer service for this issue. However I am sorry to say that they probably won't be able to help. There's a gift card scam where the cards are drained the moment they are used. This can happen with ALL gift cards.
