eBay gift card
Used a part of gift card for eBay purchase and now gift card gone. Only used about half of it and want to use the balance on another item. Is this a scam??

Once you link an eBay gift card linked to your eBay account, the remaining balance should appear on your eBay Payment page which is visible at checkout.
