How can I get my money back for my eBay card I did not use

eBay Gift Cards are not refundable. Here are some scenarios:

1) If you have made a purchase with your gift card on eBay and received a refund, that refund will go back on your card and will appear on your checkout screen so you can use it next time. A used gift card is permanently attached to the first eBay account that uses the card, and is non-transferable.

2) If you have an eBay Gift Card that was never used on any eBay account (and therefore not attached to any account), you can gift it or sell it to a friend.

3) If a gift card number (or a portion of a card number) was shared with anyone else, it is possible that person could link that card to their own eBay account and drain the card.

4) You can check the balance on an eBay Gift Card on this site without attaching it to any account.

Hi @kalil_0 I'm sorry, but we're not able to get our money back once a gift card has been activated. You can use your card to purchase stuff on eBay or give it as a gift.
