eBay generated FedEx label missing from my account, no tracking number for item I sold
Hello!
I sold a camera, I wanted a FedEx label, I got a usps label, didn’t realize it, went to send it off thru Walgreens and the gal pointed out the mistake. It was Saturday, wanted to get it out asap, so I went home and from the sale page on eBay, I was able to print a FedEx label, from eBay. eBay generated the label.
That label was accepted at Walgreens and off it went. I asked for tracking, but never got it from Walgreens, for some reason, maybe gal put in wrong cell #, nothing they can do.
I have been on hold with eBay for 2 1/2 hours, finally hung up, couldn’t take that music anymore!
I can not get any answers to get a tracking number. It is not attached to my seller dashboard, the usps label is but I never used that one!
Can anyone help me? The customer hasn’t gotten the camera yet, I’m losing my mind.
