EBay gave wrong address USPS refuses to ship as not in system
EBay has provided address of buyer that USPS does not have in the system and refuses to accept.I notified the buyer twice via eBay and also left a telephone message with no answer. This also happened to my prior sale. However buyer was able to provide me with a corrected address.

·2 years ago@evry1nositswindyIs correct about loosing your seller protections if you changed the address. The best advice as of now is to cancel the order under "Something wrong with buyer's address" and have the buyer repurchase the item with the correct address if they choose to repurchase

Mentor2 years agoWhat error message are you getting? Sellers are not allowed to change the address given by the buyer. You would lose your seller protection if you did.

OP2 years agoRegarding eBay giving me an address that USPS will not accept, please help me. The buyer has paid for the item and shipping. I want to get it to them. Has anyone else had this issue?
