wants me to pay $28 to get this back. The address was one provided by ebay... can't get in touch with ebay.. I don't want a mark on my account for an undeliverable item. I need to talk to an agent. Also, some things I sell on ebay from my store, do not get deleted from my store and I have had people try to buy them again.... thus I get faulted for no inventory. How can I speak to someone to get this rectified.
