EBay funds missing

Question

I am a new seller to eBay and have recently sold one item for £30 and another for £45. Unfortunately the buyer of the £45 item was unable to use the item (through no fault of mine) so returned it to me. I acknowledged this return and agreed to the refund of £45.

This should mean that I have an eBay balance of £30 but it is showing as zer - why?

From what I can see the funds of £45 were on hold before the refund was processed so have eBay refunded using my remaining £30 balance in error. Please can someone advise as I am concerned that I have lost my genuinely earned money.
