ebay from UK
My shipment is about to arrive from the UK and it's a GSP Object. Who supplies customs and duties documentation and when? I've not been able to find this information. Can anyone advise? Thank you

·2 years agoI’ve purchased from UK sellers many times, and the packages just appear in my mailbox like any package. The seller would have had to fill out customs information when they shipped the item, there shouldn’t be anything for you to do.

OP2 years agoThank you for answering! I bought an item and paid an amount for which I received an invoice from seller. Then I noticed I paid an extra amount for customs/duties/shipment but did not receive an invoice for this part because I presume it's dealt by PitneyBowes. Will PitneyBowes supply this documentation? I'll probably figure that out when shipment gets here but was wondering only because due to Italian registration regulations I need to receive those documents.
