eBay has defrauded a senior citizen by not helping with a member with fraudulent listing!

seller refuses to refund they amount and eBay is defrauding me by ignoring my report!

Mentor8 months agoIf you receive something that is not what you ordered you need to open a case for an "Item not as described". Just reporting a seller does not get you anything back. When you open the case the seller must accept the return and refund or just make the refund and allow you to keep the item. Did you open this case? You have 30 days from receipt to do this. After this time you would need to go back to your payment source and ask about a charge back. There are varying time limits for doing this so act now if you need to.

Did you open a not as described return request? The seller cannot decline a not as described return.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments enter counterfeit coins.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
