Ebay formatt, policies, fees have changed dramatically for the worst!!! It's time to close my acct

Ebay Setup, Policies, and Fees were outstanding before Covid.

As a member for more than 25 yrs with high marks, I am sad to say I will be closing my acct. Why?

For the last three years Ebay has shown me that Ebay does not care about us, Buyers/Sellers, the customers. My frustrations are with the outrageous fees, "cancellation" of a variety of items, non-intuitive UI, scam sellers, allowing State Taxes for out of state purchases, and no pathway to provide member feedback!

Bring back Ebay as it was before 2019!!!

In response to your list of complaints:

eBay fees haven't changed much at all since COVID.
I don't know what you mean by "cancellation" of a variety of items. Do you mean eBay has taken down some of your listings due to policy violations? If so, that is a good thing. It protects buyers as well as complies with laws.
If you are having trouble with understanding something about the UI, why not just ask here to get help?
Scam sellers have been a problem for a very long time and it didn't start with COVID. Hopefully you are using eBay's Money Back Guarantee to get a refund if you run into one. You can avoid most of them by carefully vetting sellers through their feedback. You can report those that eBay hasn't caught yet.
eBay is required by law (as decided in a Supreme Court ruling) to collect sales tax on behalf of the state the item is shipped to. This applies to all online marketplaces - not just eBay. If you are buying on other websites and your state has sales tax, you are paying sales tax on those sites as well.
eBay has a Comments or Tell us what you think link on many if not most pages throughout the site. They also have a suggestion box. There are many opportunities for you to provide feedback to eBay.

eBay has had a Community board where buyers and sellers can help each other for at least the 20 years I've been a member. The Mentor board where you posted this thread is manned by experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions and give advice. Rather than post a list of grievances, why not use it to get help with questions or the problems you are having?

I will only address one of your issues. It was your states legislation that pass a law that requires that anything that is shipped to your state is taxed.
