Ebay forgot I won appeal and punished me 2mo later, and they admit mistake but cannot fix timely
In February ebay fully restored an item-listing they had previously pulled to be in violation of their selling policy (A gaming controller), after they rightly granted my appeal on it because they had made a mistake. Last night, two months later, ebay pulls the exact listing they had previously restored themselves and once again mistakenly think it violates policy (AI?), but this time puts my account on restriction for 3 days since I "relisted" an item they had previously pulled. Yeah, I know. Funny thing, this isn't even the big problem: I've called twice now about this and ebay totally agrees they made a mistake, BUT say the process for them to restore my account takes longer than the current mistaken 3-day account block. This is insult to injury. I rely on my sales to help support myself. I have a 100% score and 11 year account, and I get this **bleep**.
