Ebay filters don't work!

Question

I made sure I was shopping from United States only and seller was listed as Ontario California. But after I made the purchase suddenly this seller is in China. I went back and looked at other sellers for the same item I purchased and there are some listing themselves as in America but are actually in China. They don't communicate with you and they don't want to cancel the

order.... Plus there's no tracking available

U.S. only applies to an item's given location that it ships from, not a seller's location or country of registry.
