Check the terms and conditions of the offer - it is usually handled as a refund at the end of the promotional period.

What about the listing date? Usually a promo applies to items listed during the promo period.
I’m at a disadvantage here because you are asking on the US board. So I can’t look at your sold items, or find a link to the promo. 🙂
You might want to ask on the UK discussion board instead.

I think you will have to ask UK customer service to check why the promo was not applied. If I read the right promo, the discount should apply to up to 100 items listed during the promo period, after you had accepted the promo.
You will need to click help & contact at the top of any page on ebay.co.uk, then click contact us. You usually have both chat and email options available.
