Hi I need help so I’ve sold an item and all of a sudden eBay says that the buyer over paid and I need to give 650 out of my account to get credited

That sounds like a SCAM.
It's not possible for a buyer to overpay on eBay.
Please always check your eBay account on the website and app. Do not look at emails or texts. Do not click links. Just go to your account and log in. Anything you need to see will be obvious.
