ebay fees
Some one bought my item then cancelled. EBay charged me fees. How do I get refunded by eBay? I did not get paid by the buyer either. Thank you in advance.

eBay does not charge the final value fees until the buyer pays. If the buyer has not paid, then there is no fee to reverse. If the buyer did pay, and you refund his payment, eBay will then release the payment and reverse the fees.
There are some fees that are charged at listing, like an auction reserve or bold title. Those fees are not refundable.
