Ebay Feedback system is a joke

Ebay continues to remove negative feedback left when sellers give refunds. Giving a refund does NOT fix issues with bad sellers who cannot accurately describe items they are selling. I have lost customers because of parts arriving NOT as described, left appropriate negative feedback, then after returning the item and refunded, eBay removes negative feedback left.

I won't leave another feedback comment, positive or negative. It is completely pointless and a waste of time.

Ebay recently changed their policies for removing negative feedback left for Sellers. Phone reps can no longer remove negatives. Going forward it will be increasingly difficult to get negatives removed. And leaving negative comments for a Buyer has not been allowed since 2008.
