eBay Feedback location
I am an eBay buyer. I went to check to see if a seller left ME feedback... and I cannot find the location since the changes were made to My eBay. The only way to know is go to my feedback profile and have to look by each transaction... which is a PIA. There is no feedback summary by transaction I can find anywhere. Not even the little transaction/feedback icons that used to be there. I have been shopping on eBay for over 20 years and this is UNACCEPTABLE. Feedback is very important and it seems eBay is trying to downplay it now. Even the online suggestions for locating feedback are no longer found. Can anybody help?? Many thanks.

Mentor3 years agoUse the "Tell us what you think" link on the Purchase History page to let eBay page developers know your opinion of the recent changes.

There is no number to call, but you can request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America by going the Help & Contact page, using the "Contact us" link and going through the chat assistant.

OP3 years agoThanks again. eBay did have a number at one time because I called it once years ago. Be that as it may, I did send my gripe via the "Tell us what you think" link. Stay safe!

eBay did have a public number years ago, but it was done away with when call centers were shut down during the pandemic and customer service begin operating remotely.
