Ebay Feedback
When an item arrives, I leave feedback for the Seller & to keep up with what has and has not arrived yet. I have attempted to leave feedback on these items, however, after clicking "positive Feedback" then adding my comments, there is no longer a blue bar at the bottom to leave that feedback. Therefore I cannot confirm any delivery. I don't want to delete Ebay, but if I can't keep track of items & leave feedback. I'm done.
Does anyone else have this issue & a solution to it?

Use your device's browser to use this link to leave feedback: https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback
Also updating your Ebay app may fix the problem.
