Ebay Fed ex overcharged for my box

Question

I use fedex thru ebay shipping, I sell motorcycle seats and parts. This was a motorcycle seat that weigh 9 lbs and the box 17x30x10 and the original cost thru ebay $30.23. I just got charged another $37.98 , fedex said the box weigh 31 lbs and there is no way the box weighed that. And I'm trying to ask ebay what happened that added the cost and I keep getting the run around, for 15 years I had a phone # with Ebay and that is no longer available to talk with them. Does anybody out there have an Ebay # I can call?

@harleyrider48 There is a New Technical Issue involving FedEx. The shipping team is aware of it and is working on it.
