eBay failure
I paid for an item over a month ago and I still do not have the item. I made a complaint about it a week ago and eBay still has not settled this issue. How do you get someone to solve a prpblem? Do I need to call the police and file a report of theft?
The real issue is why is eBay failing to protect buyers? Why are sellers allowed to keep my money when an item is never delivered? eBay used to solve these problems quickly, why the change?

Has the seller shipped the item yet, or do you have tracking that has a delivered scan, but did not receive the item.

OP9 months agoYes, it was shipped. Tracking showed it came to post office where my PO Box is and status was changed to undeliverable and sent back to seller - that was over a week ago. I suspect there was a labeling problem but can’t say for sure. I just don’t understand why eBay has not taken action and gave this seller an inordinate amount of time to make this right, which he also failed to do.
