eBay failed to authenticate my card
Summary: northwoodvault is frustrated because eBay authenticated their card as genuine but incorrectly labeled it as a Mickey Mantle autograph instead of the Robert Oneill specified in the listing. They are seeking advice on how to convince the buyer to accept the card despite this mislabeling.
Ebay authenticated my card as authentic, but not listed correctly.
I believe they’re entirely wrong, my listing specifically says ROBERT ONEILL. It clearly isn’t a Mickey mantle autograph which it says on the slab. I don’t get how it’s not “ as listed “ - How do I get the buyer to still accept? They want the card
