eBay failed support
How to handle a case with eBay when item is lost in transit you have provided proof as a seller yet they close the case and give zero support to the seller. Who do you contact next? How do you appeal the final decision?

Mentor5 days agoIf an item is lost in transit then you make a claim to the shipping carrier not eBay. Most classes of shipping have some amount of insurance included with the label.
