ebay express cheated the customer
ebay express cheated the customer. The shipment was never sent to the customer, but the tracking information shows it was delivered!

Mentor1 year agoNot sure what you mean by "ebay express" but if this is a USPS package, take the tracking number down to your local post office and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If it was misdelivered, they should attempt to retrieve it.
