Hello asking for a mentor to help assist in regards to listing selling authentic guaranteed would like to add to current auction, EBAY can you add a video that instructions for others I'm sure I'm not the only one in question â“

Sellers are not able to indicate in their listings that their items will be sent for authenticity. Each category that is eligible for this program has very specific guidelines as to what qualifies.

For trading cards, you might want to read up on the eBay Vault. That is a different program than the Authenticity Guarantee.

The Authenticity Guaranty is applied to the listing if it meets the criteria for the guaranty. This is not something that the seller places on the listing. Here is a link to information about the guaranty:

For a fixed price listing it takes about 24 hours for the check mark to be shown on listings that meet the price criteria. For an auction listing the check mark will appear once the bidding or starting price meets the price criteria
