ebay errors when contacting a buyer
I have now encountered numerous errors each time I've tried to respond to a potential buyer's offer and, of course, have no way of contacting anyone working for ebay about this matter. Any suggestions? I'm about ready to pull the item and try selling it on another platform,

Try accepting an offer through messages, or through the eBay app.

OP4 months agoThanks for your reply. I've tried several times to contact the buyer via messages and have received an error each time. The link you sent provides lots of info., but I didn't see anything there to resolve the problem.

If you are trying to accept an offer, try doing so via the eBay app.
That seems to work for some users.
