Ebay Error when printing Return shipping label
I have an Item that I mistakenly ordered the wrong item number. I submitted a return and it was approved and now when I go to print the return label, ebay is giving me an error message. It reads:
"Something Went Wrong
It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again."
I have tried to print this several times and keep getting the same message. I need to get this label printed and the item returned asap, and I am at a loss for what I should do at this point. I have combed the "contact us" section of ebay and can't seem to find a customer service email or anywhere that I can get this issue resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
