eBay Erroneous Error Message on Listing
I have a listing that I'm trying to publish for two complete Lego sets sold together. I have it in the category: "LEGO (R) Complete Sets & Packs."
However, when I try and publish the listing, I get the red bar at the top and eBay's automated error message: "It appears that you're listings loose LEGO pieces or a job lot. These should be listed in the LEGO Bricks & Building Pieces category."
But it shouldn't be in that category. I am selling complete sets and packs. I am not selling loose Lego pieces or a random job lot.
How do I override the erroneous objection and publish it in the category it should be in?
