    Ebay Envelope Tracking to wrong city!
                     

    I have just started using ebay envelopes to ship cards.   A customer whose address is Ga, asked why their tracking shows Fl.  How do I assist?  I don't enter address or tracking number.

    It looks like the envelope is being misdelivered.  Hopefully, the receiver will return the envelope to the carrier and it will then be corrected.
