Ebay emails
I keep receiving emails from Ebay asking me to provide feedback on items I have not yet received. I have emailed Ebay in response asking them how I am supposed to do this, but they either ignore or do not reply to this question. I usually provide feedback on all items on the day I receive them.
Does anyone else have this problem, or know how to ask Ebay why they they keep on at me in this fashion?
Just to clarify, this is a not a one off incident, I must have sent 10-15 emails to Ebay about this.

Mentor3 years agoeBay generates automatic feedback reminders if you have that option set in your Communication Preferences under General Preferences.
